I installed a new timing belt (from FCP Groton) this morning, and I got to use the new crank pulley holder that I just got from IPD. Boy does this tool make the job simple, I was very happy to find absolutely zero oil inside the timing cover. While I was that close, I went ahead and changed the idler roller, and the water pump as well. The old timing belt had just shy of 50,000 miles, and I was surprised at how good it looked. Idler was not rough either. I found that a drill press makes a good arbor press for the tensioner idler assembly. The entire job took a little less than 3 hours, and that included setting the gap on the new plugs that I screwed in as well as the thermostat being replaced.
You should look into getting the crank pulley holding tool if you don't already have one. It's probably the best 48 bucks that I ever spent.
