FCP Groton Heater hoses 700

Hi all,

I'm going through my Volvo and replacing the old coolant hoses as part of routine maintenance.

I ordered new heater hoses from FCP Groton but when I went to install them I ran into a little problem.

The hoses are completely different. The hose from the engine to the heater valve looks nothing like the one on my car. It didn't fit and I ended up having to go to NAPA to get a replacement that fit.

The heater return hose *might* work, but once again it is totally different from the hose on my car. None of the auto parts stores carry a replacement molded hose so I just left the old one on there.

Anybody have similar issues with FCP's heater hoses? I'm pretty sure I ordered the right ones, because the numbers on my invoice and on the hoses match the #s for the 740 hoses on the website.
