I'm about to fix up my audio system in my sedan, and was looking for advice.
I need to fix bad wiring in the drivers door.

rolling down the window causes the wiring to short circuit, cutting out all audio to the speakers.

I have to find where the rattle is coming from in the back deck.

After that, i was thinking of installing a simple subwoofer/amplifier in the trunk. I am looking for something good with space, but still provide good low frequencies. does anybody have any ideas with what type/size of subwoofer to get? An enclosed one perhaps? I don't have that much experience with car audio, so any help would be great.
