245DL B230F Won't start after cold night X2 200 1988

Hello All,
I have a problem that I am unsure of how to approach. Two weeks ago my 245 would not start after sitting a few days in 10-20 degree F weather. It would turn over and sound as though it was starting to fire but then would just continue the same behavior. I removed the front tube on the throttle body and sprayed a good amount of starting fluid in and reattached it, still nothing. I took 12oz of antifreeze and put it in the gas tank which had about 10 gallons in it. After it warmed up a few days later I tried it and she started and ran great for the next two weeks. We left her sit again for a few days and it got cold. I tried to start her this am and the same thing happened, sounds as if she will start and then won't. I replaced the MAF sensor a few years ago and it is warranted, I have the 4pt cross fire platinum plugs in that about the same age. The plug wires are original but in great shape(175k), the cap and rotor button are about 3 years old as well. Timing belt is only about 8 months old maybe 1ok on that. Any advice on this would be appreciated!
Take care,
