still having Idle issues 200

So...
my 245 91' has been surging in its idle/idling way too fast (2000 and climbs slowly) I've posted before about this but i'd figure I'd post again because of some fun extras.

I cleaned the throttle body with carb cleaner (nice and clean and shiny) and noticed there is no IAC on the bottom of it. I'm not sure what fuel injection system I have and i'm sans Bentley bible and am working off of the Haynes.

Anyone have any ideas about where on earth the IAC might be, or what injection system I have?

Also, to my dismay the "European car" mechanics that "did" the flame trap the first time apparently don't know that a flame trap is supposed to be in there. It's a damn good thing I didn't pay anything since they broke antenna when they put the car on a lift. first time was my last time there.

SO... I took care of the flame trap, but since I have oil spewing out of the various seals of the engine, which I know means I'll have to replace the breather box. Haynes doesn't exactly give a good way of getting the intake manifold off, so If someone would enlighten me on how to do this I'd be most appreciative.

and lastly, the photograph I'm posting on this is of what was on my oil cap. does it mean anything and should I freak out? keep in mind that my crankcase pressure is through the roof most likely.
