Valuation 1964 S 1800

Need help with establishing the value of my sister's car. 1964 1800 S
Was a very nice daily driver. Red, The Story: About 3 years ago I did all that was needed, brakes, new weber, Bilstiens, SS brake lines, new (rebuilt)steering box, all the suspension was gone thru and the car drove very nice. Air conditioning upgraded and works really good. She had some rust panels replaced in the lower sill area for and aft and repainted about 5 years ago.
I moved to Florida for two years, on my return the car was sittten at the Volvo Dealers Service yard :(
Rust has gone to town on the sills, NOT a Rust bucket but there is a bucket of rust involved.
Engine is really over the hill, blue smoke, rattling internal parts, the car is not for her ( my sister ) any more. She is driving a new volvo sedan :( no class at all.
What is it worth. Needs full body job and paint and rebuilt engine to be a really nice car. NOT a show car, but a nice car.
Your opinions would be appreciated. Do I ebay it, or what. Thanks
anybody looking call me 316 262 5102 Kansas USA
