90 240dl idels too high during cold starts 200

When its cold outside upon 1st start, the engine misses real bad shakeing the car,almost feels like a foul plug or bad distribter cap. Then it idels around 2500-3000 rpms, prety high. After a while, it drops down to normal. I was thinking a sensor somewhere but dunu. What do you think the issue is?
