brake rotors and pads 92 940t? 900

Getting ready to replace front rotors I am not sure on which brand to buy Brembo, Ate and zimmerman are available locally here in Chicago. As far as pads go I am considering mintex (red box) not sure if these are organic or semi-mettalic. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated,this board has saved me many times before.
