1990 240 Running Rough 200 1990

I could really use some help. My 240 has been progressively getting worse. It’s very hard to start...takes 30-60 seconds of cranking. Once started, takes another 10-20 minutes before I can drive it. If I try to drive it before the 10-20 minutes it bucks, shakes and barely moves. Kind of feels like its running on 2 cylinders. It also feels jerky...has full power, then no power, full, none...etc. After the 20 minutes or so it drives okay, but not as good as it should (lacks power and hesitates on acceleration). I’ve pulled the plugs, they were soaked in gas. Definitely running rich. Every so often code 113 appears (Fault in injector). Had a code 232 (running too rich or lean at idle) replaced FPR and the code has disappeared. My problems haven’t. All of this has been getting worse with the cold weather. I live in Canada. The weird thing is, once the car has idled and warmed up it becomes drivable.
The other thing, perhaps unrelated is, on the highway she’s ok (once warmed up) but after driving on the highway she starts to behave poorly. Very poor acceleration from stop. Once going seems ok until next stop.
Here are some of the things I’ve done:
-New Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR)-Bosch.
-Rebuilt (Air Mass Meter) AMM-Fuel Injection corp.
-Cleaned the throttle body
-Cleaned Idle Air Valve (IAV)
-Checked Plugs and Wires
-Run a few bottles of Injector cleaner through the tank
-Had the Injectors and Crank Case cleaned on one of those machines-I forget what it was called. The guy said it was the best-cost $150.

I’m thinking of pulling the injectors and sending them away to be checked and cleaned. I’ve tried to find the “Engine Temp. Sensor” and my car doesn’t seem to have one. Right above the knock sensor is the “Temp. Sender” for the gauge in the car. Thought that was weird. Maybe I’m looking wrong.
Guys, I really need your help. Any advice would be very much appreciated!
