Overdrive problem 200

My 83 240 is not going into 4th gear (automatic)
The Overdrive relay is not clicking on or off.
I took off the o/d button on the shifter and it
is not getting power. I checked fuse #8 and it
is working and the other items that work off of
fuse #8 are working fine. Is there another fuse
somewhere for the o/d button on the shifter?
