Fuseable link for starter circuit 200 1985

I had the shop drop the transmission pan for service today.
the mechanic could not remove the dipstick tube from the pan gland nut, so the dipstick tube and pan were dropped as a unit. When he reassembled the pan and tube, he accidentally pinched the yelow/black wire in the process. The car now will not turn over. I checked the 25a fuse and it is good. I suppose that we have burned the fuseable link. Can anyone tell me where it is located. Thanks
