To repair or not (RUST) 200

I had my 240 rust in several spots.

1. Front passsenger side quarter panel fist sized.
2. Passenger side wheel well. 2 inches by 1 inch.
3. Front drivers side quarter panel. 3 inches diameter.
4. Under the drivers seat. Not much.
5. Rear tailgate under the window and License Plate lights fell out.
6. Rear tailgate under bumper trim seam rusted.
7. Small rust spot under drivers side windshield.

Everything else is perfect.

The car runs great and passed Etest.

I have put alot of money into the car so I am wondering if it is feasable to repair and keep it going or just give up on it.

Any comments would be appreciated. Its a great winter car so I am inclined to keep it.

Thanks

Chris
