When battery current is applied to My regina idle air control, it will jump strong and rapidly. The voltage measured at the two prongs on its power lead is 12V. Yet when it is plugged in, the plunger doesn't move, vibrate or admit air.
TPS is properly adjusted. So what do you think, members of the board?
