Rear Diff Noise

I recently did a lube flush and renew on my 240 diff, and now I hear the gears as they rotate...

I used the correct oil (coma sae 90) and I have checked it since, the level is good, the oil very clean (the old oil was v.dirty, thick and a lot of metalic swarf on the magnetic plug.

Should I be concerned by the noise?
