Replacing the drop links on my 91 240 and have a torque question neither Haynes nor Bentley touches.......

What is the proper torque for the lower bolt on the drop link? The one that attached the single round bushing to the control arm......not the one on the top of the drop link that holds the two top bushings and sway bar together.
