Hi. On my '91 240 sedan, the fuse would blow every time the wipers were turned on. This morning I methodically checked everything (relay, stalk, connections). Everything thing was fine. In an all too brief moment of brillance, I stood the wipers up. They worked. That was great but it still doesn't clean my windshield. Is my wiper motor dying? Or is there another possibility? Thanks
