battery drain 120-130

my 122 seems to drain its battery- if i don't drive it 1-2 time a week, i come to it (like sunday) and it is just did, light go on but no juice for a turn over....
how do i check where the culprit is. (it is 12 volt system now)
or could it be just draining from lack of use...
