Some Volvos can be seen rallying in these videos, recently posted on Streetfire.net. That website is well worth exploring, and is host to among other things, THE 740 movie, and an amazing drift/show/track day compilation featuring one of the most amazing 240 Turbos I've ever seen. It's black... you'll find it if you search for "Volvo".

This video collection is from Sweden, and some 142 and 240 rally cars are seen, attaining amazing speeds in backwoods racing:
