144 Fuel tank drain 140-160

I was looking under the back of my 144. There appears to be a bolt at the bottom of the fuel tank. Didn't crawl under and look real close. Would that be a fuel tank drain plug by chance? Since the car had been sitting for almost 2 years I was thinking about draining the tank and putting in fresh fuel.
