ipd sway bar fit 700

I scored some ipd sways at picnpull, from a 740 wagon. ipd says that wagon and sedan bars are different, or at least they list 2 different part #'s. I don't see why/how, unless it's related to the type of control arm they attach to. The wagon had steel, and my sedan has aluminum so the link is different, but the bar itself should be the same, right?
