Intermitant ABS / ABS doesn't work / ABS OBD LED slightly lit when jumpered 900

This is relating to a 1994 940 n/a wagon:

Hello,
My '94 940 ABS light came on the other day.
1) I moved the car 50 feet with the parking brake on (which I normally never use), and then I noticed the light, I don't know if this is related.
2) The ABS light went off the next time I turned off the car but when going over a large patch of ice, the ABS did not seem to work (no on/off brake action) even though I was sliding for about 40 feet.
3) The light now comes on sometimes, and other times not.
4) I tried to get the codes from the OBD but when I jumper it, the LED lights slightly (but not as bright as when I push the botton), and although the LED does light brightly when I press the button, I don't get any codes, not even a 1-1-1.
5) Finally, my rear brake pad is completely gone and gouging my rotor. I'm replacing them tomorrow, I don't know if that could be related.

Thanks again!
