Quick question. I have determined that my windshield wiper grommet on the passenger side is leaking. How do I replace. I tried to remove from the inside under the dash but it would not come out. Am I being too careful or do I need to remove it in another way.

Thanks for any assistance. I knew to look because of comments on the Brickboard.
