Just woke up and it wouldn't start 200 1988

Today it just refused to start. It turns over and the battery is strong and I've checked the fuses(including the 25 amp under the hood) and I think they are all okay. thinking it could be my fuel relay, is there a way to test it without digging in to physically inspect it? If anyone has some good places to start looking I would appreciate it.
