No turn signals 200 1991

Noticed that my turn signals weren't working this morning on the 1991 240. Headlights and parking lights worked fine. Didn't specifically check back up lights. Didn't have presence of mind to try the 4-way flasher.

Is there a separate fuse for the turn signals? Where is the flasher?

I checked the 700/900 FAQ but I'm not sure that a 240 has them in the same places.
