Steering problem 200

I noticed this after I smashed my car up, but I didnt hit the wheels on a curb or do anything harsh to the wheels/tires

When i'm driving a speeds below 60km/h I feel a pusling from side to side (while going straight and letting go I can watch the wheel pulse back and forth - left to right) Slight pull to the left. It feels like it may be something on the right front tire. At highway speeds around 100 - 130km/h its not as evident, or doesn't seem to be there at all.

When i turn the wheel and let it go while im giving some gas and the wheels begins to go back straight, same thing, pulses inch by inch till it's straight.

I'm trying to diagnosis this, I havent had time yet to pull my wheels off. Is this simply maybe an alignment issue? balljoints or something? I haven't had any experience with steering stuff like that.

I appreciated any responses/comments

Thanks,

Amar
