'92 240 won't start now and once again have the 1-2-1 code..... 200

I put in a used AMM from the Volvo dismantler, and it was good for about 25 miles, and then has gone downhill ever since. The car now won't start unless I have it in neutral and have my foot on the gas, and the CEL code 1-2-1 is back. Looks like I am heading back to the dismantler tomorrow to replace the AMM under warranty. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Danke :)
