How do I tell which rear axle I have? 120-130

I have a 1963 sedan and took a castle nut (mine is stripped) off my 1964 parts car and it didn't fit. The outside diameter of the castle nuts are the same but the inside seemed different.

Do the two different types of axles require different castle nuts? or maybe my axle threads are stripped.

How do I tell which axle I have (Spicer or ENV)?
