Help w/volvo basics (shocks, wheels, tach. gauge) please 200

Hi all,
We just bought a nice, white 1990 245 manual transmission. We are super stoked. It needs some work (bushing, shocks, etc.) but we will deal with those in time.

I have three questions for you all:
1) Is it easy/possible to install a tachometer in one of these bad boys?
2) I would like to get some 15" wheels. Any suggestions for types of rims and/or wheels? I don't need snow tires, just high quality wheels.
3) I have had Bilstein shocks on other cars before and Loved them. The Volvo mechanic down the street said KYB shocks are really good as well and that I probably wouldn't notice a difference. What do you think?
Thanks,
Kevin
