Bolt, Nut, Lock Washer, Oh my! 444-544 1958

Anyone know the proper size/dimensions of the bolt attaching the steering idler arm to the front suspension cross member on my '58 444?

Someone [I'm not mentioning any names - DAD] swapped it out with a US standard bolt of the wrong size. Yes, it's a smiley face.

The bolt is pn 100264, nut is pn 951201 and lock washer is pn 951699.

PS. My cross member is currently being bead-blasted and I have the rest of the front end suspension completely disassembled and ready to go to the bead blaster next week (or two). The tie/steering rods have already been cleaned, primed and painted. Once I get the cross member back I'll prime and paint it and reassemble everything and rebuild the front disc cylinders. Fun, fun! I'll take pictures when I can.
