Lack of brake power 700 1991

The brakes work but really don't perform well, it lacks what I call "bite", my 240 had better brakes. My friend's 740 of the same year has better brakes. I guess they lack power which in my mind sends me to the booster..

Since I got the car I have:

Replaced both front rotors
Replaced all pads
Recently bled brake system

I have no leaks, I'm not really sure what to test next or what. Any advice helpful in getting my brakes their "bite" back.
