Lug nut thread size and pitch, 92 245 200 1992

Sounds like a stupid question, but I like it when the wheels stay on my cars. One of the lug nuts I pulled off the car fits both a 1/2 inch bolt and a 12mm bolt, ergo the confusion.

The old set is pretty chewed up after approx 250K miles worth of tire store zip guns. Yes, I have run a thread cleaner on the studs.
