California emissions 240 DL 200 1984

Brought home an 84 DL hailing from California orignally. I'm in MN.

In the process of doing zero-mile / tune-up maintenance, is there anything to consider related to California emissions equipment (such as removing unnecessary equipment or known problem areas with the CA emissions)??
