warm start 200 1986

my 86 with 90 dl motor has had a warm start problem for years. cranks with ease in am, then i have to crank it a second, stop and it fires right up. have tried cutting key on and off only, does not help. had fuel pressure check and mechanic said more than ok!! i have replaced intank pump, check valve, fuel and air filter, complete tune up, and 90 percent of vacum lined.

i recently cleaned the tbody and idle control valve, now it idles at about 1400 rpm

so what could be causing the warm start delimma. all i have not done is fuel press regulator, fuel pump, computer, my mechanic did pressure check on fuel delivery and said it was fine. all that i have not done that i can think of is the fuel pressure regulator, trottle switch, computer flame trap and or the other idle control valve hose.

since cleaning the t body and id control valve the car idles a bit high , around 1400. could it be throttle switch on side of tbody, vac leak on??? the idle control large hoses, computer??? help i have been frustrated on a car that normally is perfect for the age and miles thanks david oxford ms
