I'm headed for e-codes! My setup is dual 6" x 8" rectangular bulbs (aka 200 mm.), and each of the two will take one H4 bulb. The headlights are currently installed with U.S. DOT sealed beams, well-aimed.
What are you people using in your e-codes, and what do you like or wish you had?
I drive mostly in well-populated areas in the Northeast (CT - RI - Mass) so I won't be using the high beams that much. But I definitely want good lighting from the low beams.
60/55? 100/80 watt? Maybe Hella Yellowstar for that rain, fog and mist we get a lot?? What are your favorites?
I know there are bulbs called +30, +50 etc, however my research shows they are only marginally brighter than their base version. So I'm not planning on a "+" type bulb.
