1987 245dl turn signals not working /left running light problem's . 200

Recently purchased 1 owner records.130k. I replaced Plugs/wires. Dist cap/rotor. (My fuel injectors tick louder now ??I can hear them from more that 1.5 ft away.Just using my ears NORMAL ?????
Anyways

1987 245 dl )Power windows added by volvo shortly after purchase)

However the big concern now is that , I was driving and the Bulb Failure light came on.I checked lights and My front left runing light was out as well as the left rear runing light. however The lft rear bulb still lights when you brake.

I throughly cleaned the fuse terminal and used di electric grease. The problem seemed to go away. Later the next day everything seemed ok then.THEN My turn signals stoped working. . When I use the turn signal Nothing happens.. the fuses look OK . when I use the emergency flasher button The turn signal lights Function. I could not get the turn signals to work .1/4 way home. And then the bulb failure light came on again.
Same deal no left running lights front/rear/ Half way home The bulb warning light went out and my left front/rear light resumed function/
However no turn Signals still.
Are these issues possibly related ???

My only known wiring problem is the tailgate harness . Which I wil probably replace first to eliminate shorts. Btw I was using the tailgate semi frequently since purchase 2 weeks ago.

Thanks in advance for any/all advice / I am in a pickle here.
