740 camber too positive 700

I have gone thru the front end and doen't see anything that is loose. The left wheel is .5 positive while the right is over .5 negative. The left wears on the outside edge so I would like to get it to more negative camber. I have already moved the top bearing housing.

What would cause the camber to be off???
