brake line seized to caliper 200 1986

I need to repalce my front left Girling caliper, but one of the brake lines is stuck. I tried heating it with a propane torch and could not free the line. I stripped the screw in the process. Should I replace the entire line? Does anyone know how/where to remove the connection at the other end? What about cutting the line and flaring it? The flare is bubbled and I don't have the right tool? Is the line 3/16"? The connection screw is M10x1.00. Do I need more detail in obtaining the right screw? Thanks.
