ABS Light on and Radio Noise but so audible signal 700

I cranked my '88 780 V6 this morning and drove it to the store - went to leave and nothing when i turned the key. I tightened the battery cables and the car cranked up. Took it to a mechanic to have them follow up and work they had done previously which caused the Heat to no longer flow.

I went to get the car from them later that day and they claim the battery is drained. I had to jump the car off to leave - after i jumped and cranked it the ABS light stayed on and the radio was broadcasting almost nothing but noise - you could hear signals fade in and out quick. Same with casettes -mainly noise and nothing audible. this is the OEM radio/casette.

I tightened the cables once more and the ABS light went out and the radio played (good)...next time i turned off and cranked the car the problem with the radio appeared again and persist.



What do you guys think ?
