Can seats from a '91 240 be used in my '82 245?

I've found some seats from a '91 240 sedan that I would like to put in my '82 245. I would think that they would just bolt in when I remove the old ones, but don't want to remove the old ones if the new ones won't work.

Anyone have experience with this type of replacement?
