Hi Brickboarders, I have a 85 240 ti and wanted to know if anyone that has or has had this problem with the fuel pump relay and wire harness getting hot to the point of starting to melt the connector. I have cleaned and checked the connections.Changed the fuel pump relay and still have the same problem.This has been like this for quite some time and hasn't gotton any worse but it really bothers me to leave it like this.I have read alot of threds about it but haven't read anywhere that anyone has found the main problem.Did I miss this somewhere,is there a fix for this?????? Thanks for any help Charlie
