25 amp fuse near battery 200 1987

My daughter's 87' 240 DL keeps dying. I've isolated the problem to the 25 amp fuse near the battery, but because it is so loose, it needs to be replaced. It looks like it is permanently affixed, so I was thinking of cutting it out and replacing it. Any suggestion? i.e., buying a replacement, getting one from a wreading yard, or? Thanks for the help!
