2-3-2 CODE 700

My 1990 740GLE has repeatedly gave me the 2-3-2 code. Recently there were other codes but errors have been corrected. New O2 sensor, AMM and o-rings on the injectors and it comes back. AND when I checked the O2 sensor after install there is continuity between the body harness side of the plug and the body ground. Is my ECU crapping out me? Please help me. This problem has gone for long enough
