which 940s have Nivomat rear suspension 900

I may have missed this piece of info...

I'm looking at a used 940 turbo. What years have the Nivomat rear end? What do they look like, and can I tell by looking at it when it's on the ground with the wheels on?

I had a 1987 740gle, I replaced the struts on that myself and do most non-internal engine/transmission work myself on all my cars. This would be the first turbo gas car I've owned. I have a 300sd that I'm swapping motors on, but a turbodiesel is a different animal.
