Please Read I really need help!
I had an issue with steam coming from the radiator and electric fan not kicking in. Luckily I pay attention to the engine and realize "hey the fan is not kicking on at temp". This morning I took the Radiator in to get pressure tested, just to be sure to my surprise, it is fine. Also, just to recap, I also replaced the Thermostat and Temp Sensor, flushed the system etc.
Well, I threw in another Cooling Fan Relay block I got from an '92 from Pick N' Pull and with the A/C Off the Electric Cooling Fan started working! Yipee! Thought I fixed the issue.
I thought I had the issue fixed until I turned the heater blower off, didn't touch the temp, just turned the Heater Blower off (Interior/Cabin). As soon as I turn it to zero the Electric Engine Cooling Fan shuts off! I'm like WTF. I figure it'l come back on but it doesn't. It stays off. I waited thinking it was just a coincidence until I start seeing smoke or steam come up from the rear of the engine, I immediately shut it off. The heater hoses back there all seemed tight I'm like WTF?
I turn the car back on figuring the fan will come on (maybe something is intermittently happening here), nothing. I turn the interior/cabin Heater Blower on through the climate controls (didn't touch the temp just turned on the cabin fan) and in a few seconds the Engine Cooling Fan comes on and starts working again!

This is just freakin' bizzare to me. I don't know WTF and I don't want to have to take it to the dealer. What in the hell could cause this? Could a bad ground cause this and are there any grounding blocks that I can clean?
I know McKevitt had performed some "electrical" repairs noted in the Carfax but McKevitt won't release those details due to privacy issues and there's no details of the service of course on Carfax. Is it possible they rewired something and screwed something up? Are there any other relays for the Cooling Fan that I could try replacing (what about the 2 relays on the strut tower)?
