B27 Engine question 200

OK, I found a mechanic in Oregon, but I have a new question. This is the engine in the 264 DL. Normally these had the dreaded B27 PRV engines in them. I am not certain what they look like but this does not look like a B27 to me and it also looks like a 4 cylinder. What are your thoughts? I am hoping this ISN'T a B27 and someone has already replaced the engine.
