Hi, I have a 745T with 378K rebuilt engine, new turbo etc... in Canada. No rust, great car. Front end has begun creaking afer about half an hour drive. Had a new steering rack installed 80K ago and upper ball joints about 6K ago.

Any ideas what this might be please. And thanks...

I had the same creaking sound. Turned out to be the shock absorbers. You can actually hear the sound if you rock the front end and listen to the absorbers.

Maybe upper strut cushions. Inspect all bushings.
