Source for 740 turbo part Y plastic part similar to flame trap on non turbo

I need a source on a the plastic part that is similar to the flame trap on non turbo models. This if for a 740 turbo 88 model. The part is broken and the small hose is taped into the connection. Is this part as important as on a non turbo model? How does this part function - looks a lot like the flame trap, same location.

FCP Groton has this part, essentially part of the PCV system, orifice in the manifold is small so not much boost is lost and since most driving is done under vacuum conditions it pulls at least some of crankcase vapors back into the manifold rather than ahead of the turbo. Be sure to clean the orifice occasionally.
I ran mine plugged for awhile but did not see any increase in boost, finally figured out that the engineers knew what they were doing.
