A/C and radio not coming on 900

Hi all, the radio and AC do not come on occationally in my 960. I have to restart the car a couple of times when this happens. Is there a relay that controls these together? The fan will work in the acc position but when cranked the radio and A/C do not power up. I think it may affect other components of the dash also but it is hard to tell in the daylight. Thanks for the help. Paul

Fiddle with the key when after the car is started. It could be the ignition switch contacts.

Alas, there isn't much that can be done in cleaning, as the switch is sealed.

If wiggling works, just make it a force of habit. It's sort of a PITA job.
