Never under estimate the power of knowledge in the FAQ section of features on this brick board. After new compressor, accum/dryer, seals and overall flush and clean of A/C system, it stopped working. Checked the FAQ and found climate control PC board re-soldering suggestion at relay connection. I re-soldered all incoming wire and connector points as well as relay pin solder connections and air is working again.

I had a similar experience. I took the car to my trusted A/C person and he could not diagnose the problem, except to say that it was electrical that the compressor would not start and he recc. the dealer to fix.

I pulled the CM the next evening and was shocked to look at my watch and realize I had gotten into a major repair with 10:30 PM on the clock. I figured it was going to be an all nighter....oh dread.

The PC on the CM looked identical to the photo in the FAQ. The photo depicted was an exact representation of the situation I was in.

I reflowed the solder and put the whole thing back together in 40 or less minutes. No loose parts. Everything went perfectly back into place. I was 'in shock' when it worked. Such a simple solution.
