Just got a fan today from a 1989ish 745 TI for the grill side of the radiator in my 244. Hopefully it will help the thermo needle from going into the red when the A/C is on when just idling in traffic; maybe it'll make the air cond. colder. The dumb question is: how do I wire it up to turn on when ac is on? My buddy says I need a relay but he's always pulling my leg. Is there something cheap and easy from the local pep boys or napa I can get? dave shan says this pusher fan is worthless for primary cooling but with the stock viscous fan in place, will my new fan help out my over heating (when is A/C) on condition.
